Café Corsa has a new $11,000 Clover coffee maker, a state-of-the-art Seattle machine that makes one brewed cup at a time. This method allows us to  a greater variety of coffee from areas such  as Central America, Africa and local micro-roasters who are treating their coffees like fine wines, sourcing great single-origin beans and fashioning estate blends.
